We have seen an influx of violent crime and drug-related deaths due to an increase in the production, importation, and sale of deadly drugs.

We will ensure individuals involved in the transportation or sale of these drugs will face serious charges including degrees of homicide to put an end to this plague on our society.

Any persons holding a visa arrested for a crime will be put before an immigration tribunal. If found guilty they will immediately be removed from the country. For more serious crimes they will be held in custody until their trial at which time they will be prosecuted under the laws of Canada.

Corruption and government theft have become so rampant that immediate steps need to take place to ensure government officials are making decisions which only benefit Canadians. Fraud, corruption, and theft must be uncovered and prosecuted as serious offences.

We will start a special department alongside the RCMP and the Federal Prosecutors office to investigate government fraud. This department will specialize in the investigation of the procurement of government contracts, Management of Specialized Government funded Funds, any policies passed by Politicians against the benefit of Citizens of Canada, transfers of funds to foreign holding companies and countries, money laundering, immigration fraud, social services fraud or any other theft, fraud or abuse currently inflicting our government.

In the case of corruption found in Government Contracts, the Contracts will be immediately canceled. Any ill-gotten gains will be recovered and those involved prosecuted under the law.

We will stop all Foreign Affairs transfers and investigate and prosecute money laundering and recover illegally transferred funds.

Canada has plenty of resources to deal with the drug epidemic and homelessness. Funding will be spent on providing housing, counseling and recovery to those Canadians struggling in our society.

We require the implementation of the Marchmen Act or like legislation which will give families of those struggling with drug or alcohol addiction the tools needed to help their loved ones.
