Canadian Citizens must have the right and opportunity to purchase their own home and not be a renter to foreign ownership or real estate investors. It is our government's job to ensure regulation and policies are in line with this requirement.

This and past governments have created an unsustainable housing bubble by manipulating our population, housing development and interest rates in order to benefit special interests and political benefactors at the expense of ordinary Canadians.

Housing prices must be affordable to levels of income. Removing corrupt officials and politicians and having persons doing their civic duty to benefit the lives of Canadians will ensure the system works.

Municipalities continuing to raise property taxes and charge excessive fees on utilities must be brought into check to ensure bloated government spending is ended along with the hidden illegal taxes in the form of utility fees.

We will implement policies to prevent foreign speculation in Canadian real estate markets.

We will work to ensure young Canadian families have the opportunity to own their first home at reasonable prices tied to local income levels.
