Immigration Reform

We will immediately end the Permanent Residency Program and ensure the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act is implemented both legally and for the benefit of Canadian Workers. We will only approve temporary worker programs in case of real and significant need. Once these short term Visas end the prospective worker will return to their home country. International students will be required to return to their home country after completing their studies unless they receive a work visa.

We will replace the Permanent Residency program with a 5 and 10 year rolling visa program where employers must prove they are unable to hire a Canadian Citizen at a competitive industry wage before approval.

All past and future citizenship approvals will have to meet the stringent legal requirements of Canadian laws and our country's international legal commitments.

Any foreign person who commits a serious crime under our laws will face prosecution, their work visa canceled and be deported.

We will seek the immediate removal of approximately 1,000,000 foreign nationals living in Canada without a visa or legal right to do so. We will reduce Canada's population by 250,000-500,000 per year to offset the immigration scheme of previous governments and until such time we find equilibrium in the economy and our living standards.

This will reduce unemployment and drive wage increases for Canadians. It will also take pressure off the housing and rental markets providing Canadians fair and reasonable cost of living.

We will create an environment where population growth for young Canadian families is nurtured and protected. Child birth and strong young Canadian families must take precedent over any immigration.

We will ensure Canadian Taxpayers no longer subsidise foreign nationals receiving social or health services without contribution or payment.

We will create a department to audit our immigration system to ensure all newcomers are living in the country legally. Any who have participated in fraud or illegal action to gain access will have their rights to remain canceled.

We will immediately reduce International Students capped at 75,000 to be in-line with other G7 countries. International students must also purchase international health care to cover their own costs while living in Canada.
